As an intern in event management, you will work closely with the events team to plan and execute events. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with the development and execution of event plans
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event materials
  • Assisting with budget management and reporting
  • Assisting with vendor management and negotiations
  • Supporting event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Participating in event rehearsals and onsite management
  • Conducting research on emerging event trends and technologies
 Job Requirement:
  • Currently pursuing a certificate, diploma or degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of event planning principles and practices
  • Willing to be based at Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:As an Event Executive/ Coordinator at ARTCAGE RENT SDN BHD, you will need to manage overall pre-events planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary. Job Requirement:
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business Management or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel, Words, PowerPoint / Canva.
