Job Summary:

As an Event Executive/ Coordinator at ARTCAGE RENT SDN BHD, you will need to manage overall pre-events planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business Management or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel, Words, PowerPoint / Canva.
• Basic skills of Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop are advantage.
• Candidates with experiences in event industry will be added advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
• With own transportation.
• Flexible to work in office and travel to outstation
• Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice period are most welcomed!

Job Responsibility:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
• To involve in pre-event preparation task.
• To provide onsite support in event.
• To conduct site visit.
• To assists in relevant office daily routine task during non-event day.
• To ensure events follow all local security, workplace safety and health regulations and requirements.
