Refund and Returns Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
ARTCAGE RENT SDN. BHD. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once our team checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 03-05 days after the confirmation.
Incorrect Customer Information
Before drop your order, please ensure that the information needed for shipment is filled correctly. We will NOT bear any responsibility for the losses due to this and refund is not applicable for this situation.
Missing Items in the Order / Wrong Order Delivered
- We apologize in advance if you have encountered this issue. To be counted as “missing items”, will be as the situation below:
CASE 1 – Item(s) ordered is not included in the package sent
CASE 2 – Part(s) of the item(s) ordered is not included in the package sent
CASE 3 – Item(s) ordered is lost during the courier shipment
- For case 1 and 2, we will ship the missing items back to you with no extra shipment fees (we will bear the shipping fees).
- For case 3, we will assist you by contacting the courier service about the missing parcel and get back to you as soon as we can. If by any chance the parcel cannot be retrieved and do not have confirmation from the courier service company, we will proceed to deliver a new item to you within the week.
- Please know that for all Missing Item cases, we will request for evidence/proof of the unboxing of the items. We will only proceed if the evidence/proof shown is deemed valid.
- If we ship the wrong order to you, please do send us the unboxing footage and after confirmation we will proceed to let you return the wrong items. After receiving them, we will resend the correct order to you. For this, the shipping cost will be on us. We apologize in advance for the mistake if occurred.
Manufacturing Defect
- After receiving the order, by any chance there is a manufacturing defect, meaning item purchased cannot turn on or cannot function as described (does not include shipping defects), please contact us within 5 days of the delivered date (date you received the items) as mentioned on the shipping status. Then we will proceed with our Return and Refund Policy mentioned in this page. We will only agree to this policy with relevant evidence (picture AND video record of the defects) shown to us beforehand.
- After we have agreed to proceed with the policy, please remember to return and ship out the items back to us within 5 days. The shipping cost of the return process will be done according to a pay and claim basis, so please save and send us a copy of the receipt for shipping payment. After we received and checked the shipment items, we will proceed to refund you both the order and shipping cost within 1 to 2 business days.
Change of mind / Incorrect purchase by customer
- We apologize as we do not accept requests for order cancellation without repurchase of the same amount or more. If you accidentally ordered the wrong variation/items and we haven’t shipped out your order, you may proceed to repurchase the correct order. After payment is done, we will cancel your previous order and return you the amount via bank transfer.
- After items are sent out, our Return / Refund Policy is not valid.

Shipping / Delivery:
Once the payment is made, you are NOT allowed to make any changes for the delivery address. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely during at the CHECK OUT page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt. We understand how important it is to get your parcels shipping over to you! We make your orders are our priority and we would like to get it to your hands at the shortest time as possible.
All orders will be arranged to ship out from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days using our appointed courier services. During peak season such as Festives or any Public Holidays in our country Malaysia and etc. There might be a delay in delivery which we are unable to control due to courier service being understaffed, so we recommend placing an order before the holidays to ensure speedy delivery services.
Please ensure someone are available to accept the deliveries. We won’t leave any of the orders outside of your home/delivery address. If nobody home to receive and accept the orders when our driver arrives, and the goods will be returned back to our warehouse. A second delivery will be arranged with an additional delivery fee according to the purchase items weight. After receiving your parcel, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED receiver to catch a short video to recording of the unboxing, this is to protect you incase of any manufacture defects (not including defects due to shipment), missing items/parts or other issues for you to request our return/refund policy as for this we will need proof to clarify.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS of SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Artcage Rent Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201901035021 (1344351-U)) (“Artcage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website (https://artcagerent.com.my/), web applications, or utilizing any of our products and services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an employer or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. AMENDMENTS
Artcage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. ARTWORK GUIDELINES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
● No Design Services: Artcage does not provide design or editing services.
Users are solely responsible for submitting “print-ready” artwork.
● File Formats:
● Standard: AI with outlined fonts, embedded images, and correct layering,
JPEG or TIFF (Actual size, CMYK mode).
● Die-Cut/White Ink: AI with outlined fonts, embedded images, and correct
layering.
● Liability for Errors: We do not perform file proofing. Issues regarding incorrect sizing, overprint settings, or low resolution are the User’s responsibility. Orders may be cancelled if the artwork is deemed technically unusable.
● Prohibited Content: Users shall not submit artwork that:
● Infringes upon any intellectual property or copyrights.
● Contains illegal, defamatory, or obscene material.
● Violates any prevailing Malaysian laws or regulations.
3. ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
● Finality: Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed.
● Discretionary Cancellations: If artwork fails to meet technical requirements and cannot be rectified by the User, Artcage may cancel the order. Refunds in these instances will be issued solely as Artcage Credit Notes to the User’s account. No cash or bank transfer refunds will be provided.
● Non-Cancellable Orders: No cancellations or changes are permitted once an order has entered the production/printing stage.
● Out of Stock: If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued via online bank transfer to the original payer’s account.
4. PRINTING & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Users acknowledge that printing is an industrial process and 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
● Minor Imperfections: Slight variations such as fine lines (especially in
gradients), ink smudges, or minor color drops are inherent to the printing
process.
● Manual Finishing: Processes including joining, cutting, sewing, and gluing are performed manually. Minor variations in finishing are inevitable and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return/exchange.
5. PAYMENTS & PRICING
● Payment Method: Payments must be made via online instant transfer to
Maybank Account: 5623 5752 2252. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment and a valid payment slip.
● Price Variation: Artcage reserves the right to adjust final pricing based on actual production costs or unforeseen circumstances, unless a fixed price has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artcage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific order in question.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artcage Rent Sdn Bhd, its directors, and employees against any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. USER CONDUCT & TERMINATION
● Professional Conduct: Artcage maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward
disrespectful, abusive, or unreasonable behavior.
● Defamation: We reserve the right to terminate access for any User who
publishes false or defamatory content regarding Artcage. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages to our corporate reputation.
● Suspension: Artcage may suspend or terminate accounts at its absolute discretion if a breach of these Terms is suspected.
9. NO WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated, Artcage provides no warranties or guarantees regarding specific customer satisfaction levels. We are not liable for losses resulting from subjective expectations.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the Laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
