How do guests receive their videos?

Videos can be shared instantly via:

Does the booth require internet?

Depending. The booth can record and process videos offline.

However, a stable internet connection is recommended if you would like guests to receive their videos instantly via QR Code, WhatsApp, Email, or cloud upload.

Does the booth require electricity?

Yes. A standard 13A power socket (220V–240V AC) is required.

Do you send the machine to locations outside Klang Valley?

Yes. We provide delivery services throughout Malaysia. The delivery vehicle will be arranged based on the size and quantity of the equipment booked.

  • For larger equipment or bulk orders, a 3-Tonne Hydraulic Lorry will be used.
  • For smaller rental items or 1–2 units of equipment, we may arrange delivery using a van or 1-tonne lorry, provided the equipment can fit safely inside the vehicle. This option is generally more cost-effective.

3-Tonne Hydraulic Lorry Charges (Return Trip):

  • Northern Region / Southern Region: RM1,800.00 per round trip.
  • East Coast Region: RM2,500.00 per round trip.

Note: Transportation will be recommended based on the equipment size and quantity to ensure safe delivery while offering the most economical solution. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, restricted access venues, island locations, overnight trips, or multiple delivery points.
