FAQs

How to play?

Insert the required coins / token into the designated slot on the machine. Make sure the coin or token is properly recognized by the machine.
Once your token is accepted, locate the crank or button on the machine. Give it a firm turn or press to activate the mechanism that dispenses the Gashapon capsules.
The machine will release one capsule containing your Gashapon toy or collectible. The capsule will usually drop into a retrieval area, and you can open the hatch or access the compartment to collect your prize.
Open the capsule to reveal the surprise toy or collectible inside.

Do you send the machine to the states other than Klang Valley?

Yes. For Outstation – Accommodation, petrol and meal allowance are not included in the charges.
